Train for a classic Arangetram - a solo debut recital on graduation!
An arangetram is the solo debut performance of a student on graduating after long years of indepth training. On completion of at least 4-7 years of training, a student is expected to perform the complete traditional repertoire in this solo performance. This includes Pushpanjali or Koutwam, Alarippu, Jathiswaram, Shabdam, Padam, Varnam and Thillana. Usually such a performance spans 2-3 hours and is the true test of a student's mettle.
